Updated Reservation Policy (Enforced for all events after January 1st, 2020)
-The EBSU has updated our reservation policy. Organizations may only reserve the EBSU for 3 dates at a time. After your series of events has ended, then you can reserve the EBSU again.
-This policy was put in place to allow all organizations an equal opportunity to use the space. Before proceeding to the reservation aspect, please check the box to indicate that you understand only 3 of your events will be processed at a time. *

The EBSU maintains the right to charge the organization responsible:
- $25 for uncleanliness left after an - event (e.g. plates & utensils left, garbage, food, substances left on tables),
- $25 for materials left behind, and
- $100 for damages to the space (e.g. damage to the walls/paint, destruction of furniture, damaged cords, etc.).
In the event of multiple damages, organizations will be charged PER infraction. *
