Interview Decline Form

Because Handshake does not have the ability to allow students to decline an interview request through the system, this form is for primary and alternate candidates who need to decline an interview with a employer conducting on-campus interviews through our office.

Please review the timeline of the on-campus interview, as you may only submit this form before the "sign up end" date.

If you submit this form after the "sign-up end" date, you may be in violation of our Cancellation Policy and subject to the Temporary Handshake Suspension for Late Cancellations & Missed Interviews policy, resulting in the temporary suspension of your Handshake account.

You will receive a receipt of your submission which includes the date and time, as well as confirmation that your request has been processed.
